Start your adventure from Foum Zguid at 9:00 AM or at noon, depending on your preference. Our journey begins as we head towards the enchanting Laajirmia Oasis, where, if we depart in the morning, a delicious lunch awaits you under the desert sun. Should we leave in the afternoon, we’ll have half an hour to explore the breathtaking oasis, nestled on the edge of the desert. Here, you’ll also have the opportunity to capture stunning photos of the famous “Tajine Mountain” and the oasis landscape.

From Laajirmia, we continue our journey, crossing a magnificent road surrounded by endless desert views, spotting camels and wild animals along the way. Upon reaching the start of the Iriki Lake, we will stop to Discover Fossils and admire the vast, dry expanse before continuing towards the heart of the lake.

At the center of Iriki Lake, we’ll meet the camels Ride, ready for your unforgettable ride to the Erg El  Mhazil Camp, where you’ll experience a true desert adventure. The camel ride lasts about an hour, and when we reach the camp, you’ll be warmly welcomed with mint tea, nuts, and dates.

As the sun sets, you’ll have the chance to hike up to the top of the Erg Mahazil dunes to witness the stunning desert sunset. This is a moment to savor, as the colors of the sky and the landscape blend into one of nature’s most beautiful spectacles.

Dinner will be ready at 7:30 PM, and you can choose to enjoy it in the camp, surrounded by the dunes, or inside the cozy restaurant. After dinner, relax by the campfire, enjoy traditional music, and let the sounds of the desert fill the night.

As the evening continues, look up to the sky to witness the stars in all their glory. The desert is one of the best places to stargaze, with the night sky revealing constellations and celestial wonders.

The next morning, we’ll wake early to see the sun rise over the dunes, offering another perfect photo opportunity. After a traditional desert breakfast, we embark on a scenic 4×4 journey back to Foum Zguid, passing through unique desert landscapes, where every turn offers something new.

You’ll arrive back in Foum Zguid around 11 AM to noon, with memories of an unforgettable desert experience.
